Role overview
This role leads and supports the end-to-end implementation of Carlsberg Excellence across production and supply chain operations. It focuses on driving continuous improvement by training, coaching, and assessing teams on core foundations, processes, and standards. The Carlsberg Excellence Specialist plays a key role in deploying priorities across all functions and organisational levels.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building organisational capability by leveraging cross-functional communities and developing individual expertise.
- Conducting robust evidence-based Carlsberg Excellence assessments across departments.
- Providing objective scoring and constructive challenge to ensure standards are genuinely embedded in behaviours, culture and operational performance.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of Carlsberg Excellence within the Supply Chain function.
- Supporting the rollout of foundations, advanced processes, and standards aligned to strategy and targets.
- Train and embed problem-solving methodologies to address performance gaps, promoting a Zero Loss mindset.
- Facilitating best practice sharing both internally and externally.
- Reviewing implementation progress, identifying successes and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Driving continuous improvement through Focused Improvement cycles, and deliver best practice through internal and external benchmarking.
What we’re looking for:
The successful person will:
- Lead implementation planning with key stakeholders and sponsors.
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation for priority initiatives.
- Drive clear understanding and effective management of Carlsberg Excellence targets.
- Maintain compliance with Group standards.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and improvement activities to deliver business results.
- Build organisation-wide understanding of Carlsberg Excellence and individual contributions.
- Coach and mentor teams on applying foundations and advanced tools to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Education/Qualifications
- University degree or necessary experience from relative position in Supply Chain
- Experience within a Production & Supply Chain operations environment role, preferably at least with 1 years at management level.
- Proven experience in managing change, and implement improvement programs (Operational Excellence, Lean, TPM, SixSigma) to achieve budgeted targets.
