Job Overview
- This role will lead Britvic Ireland’s ecommerce and digital strategy across all commercial channels: Supermarkets, Convenience, and Away From Home.
- This newly created role will drive profitable growth through online platforms, digital activations, and customer partnerships.
- The Ecommerce executive will be the central connector between commercial teams, shared services, and digital execution, ensuring Britvic Ireland regains ecommerce leadership in FY26 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an 18month ecommerce strategy with KPIs, investment roadmap, and retailer plans.
- Lead ecommerce execution across Tesco, Musgrave, Dunnes, Amazon, Just Eat, Deliveroo, and other platforms.
- Drive integration of physical and digital campaigns for seamless shopper experiences.
- Own Britvic Asset Library and optimise the digital shelf: content quality, taxonomy, compliance, discoverability, and conversion.
- Manage digital shelf tools and ensure best-in-class ecommerce assets aligned with GB guidelines.
- Partner with GB DCom, Shopper Marketing, IE Account teams and Carlsberg Group to align frameworks and campaigns.
- Build monthly performance dashboards using retailer and internal data; manage benchmarking, share of search, and ROI analysis.
- Support retail media activation (CitrusAd, Amazon Ads, Tesco Media & Insight, Musgrave screens, Dunnes Sponsored Ads) and optimise ROAS.
- Collaborate across functions to support ecommerce propositions and joint business planning with customers.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or FMCG commercial roles.
- Proven experience managing online platforms and digital activations.
- Strong capability in data-led decision making, dashboard interpretation, and ROI tracking.
