Here at Britvic, we care about each other and are working hard to foster an inclusive working environment where we can all thrive and have a strong sense of belonging.

Over 77% of our employees already say that they feel a strong sense of belonging. But we know that there is always more to be done and we’re working to continually improve because we strongly believe that by building a truly inclusive environment where everyone feels celebrated, safe and respected – diversity and wellbeing will naturally thrive.   

We’re proud to partner with recognised organisations such as the Confederation of British Industry, Business Disability Forum, DIAL Global, Inclusive Companies and The Valuable 500 to help us implement numerous positive diversity initiatives, empower employee champions and increase fairness and representation of our dynamic, diverse population and amplify their voices.    

Across our business we have four established diversity and inclusion networks:

B-Empowered champion gender equality, allowing everyone to reach their full potential

B-Diverse represent Black, Asian and ethnically diverse employees

B-Seen who support and champion our employees with disabilities and diverse abilities

It doesn’t stop there though, and we encourage all of our employees to speak about topics that are important to them, join one of our networks or become a Wellbeing Warrior to support each other’s mental health as together we know we are stronger.

We celebrate differences through awareness, education and empowerment and our aim is to make sure everyone can work in a flexible and connected way through our dynamic ways of working. After all you should always feel empowered enough to B-Yourself in the workplace.
