About the Role:


To develop and grow revenue, volume, trading contribution and market share within all outlets in your territory or area of responsibility through account development, consultative selling, customer relationship management, product availability and distribution and new business development.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Grow revenue, volume, trading contribution and market share by brand, channel and pack in line with or above target
  2. Improve product availability for full Britvic soft drink range, including Pepsi, 7up, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, Cidona, London Essence Premium mixers and Teisseire in licensed trade and Foodservice outlets.
  3. Responsible for delivery of the quarterly sales target of Aqua Libra Co Taps and Soft Drinks Dispense units in the territory ie. to Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Foodservice and Leisure customers
  4. Organizing monthly meetings with wholesalers within the territory, communicating quarterly promotional activities, and collaborating closely to ensure compliance with Joint Business Plans (JBP)
  5. Engage in “Consultative Selling” with customers and potential customers, seeking new business opportinites for high volume soft drink outlets in Horeca channel

 


Other Responsibilities:

 

 

  1. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with Telesales and Customer Care staff to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction 
  2. Ensure high standard of in outlet execution 
  3. Deliver and prepare customer presentations to key customers
  4. Full outlet reporting using I.T. systems and tools which enables quicker and better business decisions 
  5. Manage all costs within the territiory including any agreed discounts or promotional stock dealer loaders to deliver the company budget
  6. Management of call frequency and call file to maximise deliver efficiency and effective reporting in outlet.

  1. Knowledge of beverage industry, products, channels and competition
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent relationship building skills
  4. Strong financial acumen
  5. Proven Negotiation skills
  6. Drive and initiative
  7. High computer literacy
  8. Teamwork

 


Qualifications:

 

 

  1. Substantial sales experience in FMCG environment.
  2. Full clean driving licence is essential 
  3. Third level qualification in Business or relevant discipline is desirable. (Leaving certificate level or equivalent may be sufficient depending on experience)
