Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Territory Sales Representative responsible for developing and growing distribution, revenue, volume, and trading contribution across the entire Britvic brand portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing product availability and building strong customer relationships within all 'Away From Home' outlets in your assigned territory, including On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, Leisure, and Workplace channels. Working alongside wholesale partners, you'll drive growth through consultative selling, account development, and strategic customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in distribution, revenue, volume, trading contribution, and market share across our diverse brand portfolio including Pepsi, 7UP, Ballygowan, MiWadi, London Essence, and Teisseire
- Deliver quarterly sales targets for Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drink Dispense units, and Ballygowan Water Coolers through strategic account planning
- Collaborate with RTM, KAM, NAM teams and wholesalers through monthly meetings to successfully activate promotions and implement Joint Business Plans
- Win new business using a consultative selling approach with high-volume soft drink outlets while strengthening existing customer relationships
- Ensure best-in-class execution to Picture of Success (PICOS) & Perfect Store standards while managing territory costs and promotional investments
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in the beverage industry with comprehensive knowledge of products, channels, and competition
- Proven track record in FMCG sales environment, preferably in HORECA/On Trade field sales or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver engaging customer presentations
- Strong financial acumen and high computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Full, clean driving license is essential for territory management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong initiative and drive

Education/Qualifications
- Third level qualification in Business or relevant discipline is desirable
- Leaving certificate level or equivalent may be sufficient depending on experience
- Substantial (3+ years) sales experience in FMCG environment
