About the Role:
We are looking for several Account Development Executives to develop non call file stores for the Deposit Revenue Scheme to ensure the transition of the new packs and expend on the distribution in these stores.

 

You’ll help develop and grow revenue, volume and trading contribution within all outlets in your territory or area of responsibility through account development, consultative selling, customer relationship management, product availability and distribution and merchandising of the outlet to implement a high standard of in-store execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage change over on Britvic products 
  2. Grow revenue, volume, trading contribution and market share targets by brand, channel and pack in line with or above the Regional plan
  3. Improve product availability, space and distribution to achieve target availability level of 90%+ 
  4. Engage in “Consultative Selling” with customers and potential customers using “Sell-Out” toolkit
  5. Build incremental displays above plan that improves profitability 

 

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with Telesales and Customer Care staff to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction 
  2. Achieve cash collection in line with company plan
  3. Ensure high standard of in-store execution 
  4. Develop and implement “second address” selling 
  5. Deliver and prepare customer presentations to key customers
  6. Full outlet reporting using I.T. systems and tools which enables quicker and better business decisions 
  7. Control and reduce free cases or any discounts that does not deliver improved customer performance in line with the company budget
  8. Manage costs in own territory to help ensure regional budget expenditure is controlled.
  9. Management of call frequency and call file to maximise deliver efficiency
  10. Implement high standard of in-store execution (effective displays, planogram execution, stocking, fronting and facing of company products, placing and maintaining coolers)
  11. Introduce promotions, gain agreement and support from store managers, secure preferred product placement, re-merchandise, place signage prior to the launch of the promotion.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Good knowledge of beverage industry, products, channels and competition
  2. Sales experience  (within FMCG would be preferred but not essential)
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent relationship building skills.
  5. Strong numerical ability. 
  6. Proven Negotiation skills
  7. Drive and initiative
  8. High computer literacy
  9. Ability to work well as a team

  4. Cost/credit control in territory

  7. Incremental activity delivery e.g. ‘Food to Go’
  8. Customer and market data reporting

  10. Acquisition of new business
  11. Utilisation and optimisation of I.T. systems and tools

 

Qualifications: 

  1. Full clean driving licence is essential 
  2. Third level qualification in Business or relevant discipline is desirable (Leaving certificate level or equivalent may be sufficient depending on experience)
