Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced account manager to join our ‘Plenish’ & ‘Jimmy’s Iced Coffee’ brands – the fastest growing brands within our Carlsberg Britvic portfolio. 

 

Sitting in our ‘start up’ division, you’ll report into the Head of Sales looking after some of our Grocery accounts – managing or building new buyer relationships to take us to the next level of growth.

 

Plenish is a premium, plant based dairy alternative milks and juice shot company. We are leading the way in health and wellness within each of our categories with our clear USPs – making us the fastest growing brand in both areas.

 

Jimmys Iced Coffee challenges the RTD Coffee category with our innovative, fun & relatable products & crew. We’re also one of the fastest growing brands & have much planned for 2026 to fuel our growth.
Whilst we are part of the Carlsberg Britvic family, we continue to operate separately with different offices to ensure we keep our founder-lead mentality & start up pace & execution. It’s the best of both worlds. 

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Full Account Ownership – Lead and manage all aspects of your accounts, internally & externally. Build strong & credible buyer relationships. Develop collaborative plans to build both businesses through range, promotions & feature plans. 
  • Strong Commercial acumen – Full accountability for your account P&L’s - building and agreeing investment plans, modelling & proposals 
  • Cross Functional Working – Working with category, marketing, shopper & supply to build plans with retailers & accelerate business performance
  • Performance Tracking – To pro-actively track performance of your accounts, implementing course correct tactics as necessary & new business opportunities
