About the Role:

The Junior Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Insights Manager will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining a business intelligence structure, combining external (Nielsen, Kantar…) and internal data, that helps understanding the performance and supports decision making across the organization. The Junior RGM and Insights Manager will also be instrumental in executing the RGM Strategy for Britvic Teisseire International.

 

Key tasks are:

1.    Drive Business Intelligence reporting structure (Nielsen, Kantar, Global Data…)
2.    Drive RGM initiatives internationally
3.    Develop and upgrade RGM Tools
4.    Continuous research: setup and maintain reporting – engage with agencies (Nielsen, Kantar…)

 

The Junior RGM and Insights Manager will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with Marketing, Category, Sales and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence 

  1. Define and maintain reporting setup: topline-reporting, in-depth reporting, self-service reporting. Align approach with the Britvic standard way of working.
  2. Retail performance reporting (Nielsen) – setup reports, provide updates, analyse performance and pro-actively recommend on actions;
  3. Support Marketing and Sales teams on category, market and performance analysis
  4. Perform in-depth analysis based on insight needs (e.g. category/brand/market deep dive). If necessary, commission research externally (e.g. Nielsen/Global Data)

 

Analyse RGM Initiatives

  1. Execute Britvic RGM’s agenda and enable RGM initiatives (PPA, pricing, cost reduction, promotion optimisation…) across Britvic Teisseire International markets
  2. Perform in-depth analysis to identify new profitability levers (e.g., promo performance, portfolio rationalisation…)
  3. Support the Head of RGM and Insight during the AOP and budget process
  4. Challenge local sales and category teams in all RGM related topics.

 

Develop and upgrade RGM Tools

  1. Develop, streamline, and maintain RGM reporting structure
  2. Support local team on ad-hoc needs
  3. Ensure strong integration of the RGM reporting structure with the Insight’s reporting structure (Nielsen, Kantar…)

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Proficiency with Excel. First experience with Nielsen/IRI databases preferred.
  2. Great communication skills (English; written and verbal) both internally and across the world. 
  3. Experience and/or affinity with ad-hoc and continuous research. One of both may be stronger developed.
  4. Experience with retail and on-trade
  5. Experience of working with International markets a strong advantage
  6. Be willing to challenge the norms both internally and externally to drive performance
  7. French or Dutch language preferred
