This role could be Belgium or Amsterdam based.

As Revenue Growth Manager working with the international team based in Amsterdam you will take accountability for:

  • Owning the revenue growth framework; facilitating a step change in implementation.
  • Encouraging increased profitability in our retail markets in Europe - owning the price pack architecture by brand and channel. Where relevant connecting the strategy to consumption occasions (location, need, state).
  • Optimizing our range across packaging and varieties and improve pricing and our costs in relation.

 

The Revenue Growth Manager will be trusted to deliver the strategic framework around pricing, promotions, cost of goods, trade terms, range & mix. We believe we are stronger together and this role will demonstrate collaborative working with other teams, at pace, to implement these changes.

 

You will also take ownership of optimising our range based on market and country needs, whilst respecting the wider brand strategy.  The Revenue Growth Manager will lead innovative projects across a number of areas from packaging to logistics by working closely with individuals from supply chain, commercial and our finance teams.

 

Knowledge & Experience required:

  • Experience in revenue growth management and/or commercial finance
  • Use of Excel and SAP to analysis complex data and provide financial analysis
  • Experience in FMCG is a prerequisite ideally from a food & beverage background
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships and partnerships; you will need to be a multi tasker who can act & deliver at pace in a fast and ever changing business environment
  • Must be a fluent in Dutch and at least conversational in French and English
