Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our organization during a period of growth. As a leading Water Solutions Provider on the Island of Ireland for Britvic's AquaLibra Business, an innovative company within the water vending industry, you will work with Aqua Libra's cutting-edge Smartest Tap technology and Aqua Libra Flavour Taps, part of our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team of Engineers, attend customer sites to install, service and repair water dispensing systems including a range of chilled, sparkling and boiling taps.
• Audit potential sites with the Sales Team to review options for installing equipment. Provide solutions for bringing water, waste and power to the required area.
• Manage scheduled preventative maintenance calls of equipment including sanitations, filter replacements and equipment repair, to ensure the equipment is performing as required.
• Learn about the full range of products offered by the Aqua Libra brand.
• Complete Service based paperwork including service dockets, install sheets, updating status of journey plans, etc.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, willing to travel throughout Ireland with occasional overnight stays. The role is nationwide covering the island of Ireland.
• Manage stock taking of parts being used in Service work, including picking from the warehouse, record keeping, returning stock and quarterly stock-takes.
• Participate in weekly Engineers meetings to discuss previous weeks' jobs, upcoming jobs and any other challenges. As part of a team, contribute to our continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous field service engineering experience, ideally in the water vending industry.
• Strong self-management, fault-finding, and communication skills.
• Technically minded, flexible, and hard-working.
• Strong sales-focused approach and self-confidence.
• Good computer literacy and organizational skills.
• Full clean driving license.

Education

Background or qualification in plumbing or water vending is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided to the suitable candidate.
