Job Overview

 

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Inbound Raw Materials Operator to join our team at Britvic. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing raw materials to ensure smooth production operations. As part of a highly flexible and multi-skilled team, you will undertake a wide range of tasks, meeting or exceeding performance targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Complete raw material management tasks, including put-away and pick operations
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure alignment with the plan
  • Effectively utilize EWP, Windows systems, and other required software
  • Accountable for basic error resolution and stock accuracy
  • Meet internal and external customer service targets in line with scorecard expectations
  • Perform vehicle loading and unloading tasks
  • Inspect all deliveries and raise quality concerns with the quality team
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement activities, such as Zero Loss, Health & Safety, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, Environment Statutory standards, and Site policies
  • Undertake required workplace transport pre-shift and/or safety inspections
  • Work within, adhere to, and drive 5S Principles
  • Contribute to the development of self and others in accordance with the Functional Skills Framework
  • Assist in covering team members during absences

Qualifications

 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus
