About the Role:

 

To develop and grow the Trading contribution and volume within your area of responsibility through account development, new business, consultative selling, customer relationship management, improving product availability and distribution whilst delivering a world class customer service.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Development of channel and key customer account plans
  2. Achievement of targets for forecast and budget Revenue
  3. Delivery of forecast on time and accurately
  4. Collaborating with National Account Managers and Key Account Managers to achieve results
  5. Control of cost, pricing and trade spend
  6. Development of cost effective and insight driven promotional plans in conjunction with Customer Trade Marketing and insight team
  7. Development of optimum range of new and core product listing in each account
  8. Management of call file in conjunction with the sales operations team and customer logistics ensure that key customers receive the appropriate servicing levels
  9. Demonstrate the Britvic DNA that delivers passion, vision, and enthusiasm to the customer
  10. System management
  11. Develop great team values and culture that improve performance

 


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

  1. Knowledge of beverage industry, products, channels, and competition
  2. Degree in a business-related area. (Relevant experience may qualify)
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent relationship building skills
  5. Strong financial acumen
  6. Commercial awareness
  7. Proven Negotiation skills
  8. Planning and organising ability
  9. Strong IT skills
  10. Full clean driving licence is essential.
