- Ensure the accuracy of internal/external pricing/promotion data to facilitate the reduction of account queries.
- Set up customer pricing and manage the pricing templates for each account.
- Process payment of invoices and link with accounts receivable / payable to deliver on time for the customer.
- Develop & maintain customer invoicing trackers.
- Work with AR & customer AP to investigate & resolve any customer claims & develop & maintain pricing trackers up to date.
- Develop better Pricing/promotion templates to achieve optimum accuracy.
- Contribute to developing Customer templates to achieve faster processing and turnaround.
- Collate and distribute promotional cycle information to the field team.
- Develop a clear process to manage the annual Price Increase.
- Support the Commercial team through flexibility, systems knowledge and ability to use Xtel, SAP and Microsoft packages.
- Develop a ‘proactive’ approach to customer promotions.
- Accurate submission of Promotions & New Line Forms submission in advance of deadlines.
- Oversee accuracy and timeliness of promotional input to the Xtel system in accordance with quarterly planning process, by working closely with account management team.
- Contribute to the Price Increase process.
- Develop two-way lines of communication with the customer, other Britvic internal channels and the Britvic Field Sales team.
- Structure & ownership of weekly tasks meetings with Account Managers
- Master Price File administrator
- Maintain Customer Pricing/Promotions Files
- Maintain Product file listings
- Communicating with Customers and Functions
- Maintain Promotions Log
- Liaise with key administrators within Northern Ireland Head Office base.
- Although the responsibilities of this role will be focused on supporting the NI commercial team, it is expected that the Commercial Executive will work closely with the Commercial Executives in ROI & were required will be involved in cross functional project.
