About the Role:

A rare opportunity to sell one of the fastest growing and on-trend brands in the construction industry! The role is accountable for growing the customer base for Aqua Libra water taps, focused on generating specifications through Architects, Interior Designers, and Consultants, and selling to Interior D&B & Fit Out Contractors etc.  


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working closely with the Key Account Manager and creating and executing a clear and appropriate strategy to rapidly scale Aqua Libra market share in the Construction market.
  2. Networking and influencing clients.
  3. Prospecting and managing a new business funnel, as well as developing and growing existing accounts.  Seeking opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell sales, enabling clients to meet their own business needs.   
  4. Planning medium and long-term, but also acting quickly with agility and a great passion for customer service to take advantage of all short-term opportunities as they arise.  
  5. Working closely with the Operations/Technical Team and Finance Teams to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
  6. Working collaboratively with Marketing Team to support sell-ins, execution and customer delight and retention.   


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

  1. Passionate and driven 
  2. Ideally experience within customer engagement and satisfaction 
  3. Experience within sales would be advantageous 
  4. Great Communication, Presentation, Influencing skills.
  5. Good Negotiation and Closing skills
