Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and compelling Business Manager to join our Food & Beverages team at Carlsberg Britvic. In this role, you will be accountable for meeting and exceeding the budgeted new installs target, focusing on the sale of our hospitality bottling proposition into the hotel sector. You will also be responsible for expanding our packaged and flavour tap formats within the wider portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a clear and appropriate customer pipeline strategy for fast and profitable scaling.
- Build relationships with groups directly, as well as with Carlsberg Britvic commercial teams and wholesale route-to-market suppliers, to build a strong prospect list.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect to installation, including post-installation account/relationship management for further expansion and retention.
- Work closely with the ALCO Operations/Technical Team and Finance Teams to support improvements in operational effectiveness and excellent customer service delivery.
- Collaborate with the ALCO Marketing Team to support sell-ins, execution, customer delight, expansion, and retention.
- Be the ambassador and lead representative for Aqua Libra at all key internal and external meetings and events, embodying the brand and the branded service experience we stand for.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong track record of new business sales of branded customer propositions (FMCG or equipment and service sales), ideally including experience in new business success and customer satisfaction. Experience working with and building brands is an advantage.
- Ability to work within a small but collaborative team environment, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.
- Advanced new business, communication, presentation, influencing, selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to design and personally deliver a strategy and tactics to meet/exceed minimum budgeted install targets, including new business and existing account expansion.
Qualification:
A degree or equivalent is ideal, but not essential. We value proven ability in new business development, a strong work ethic, and personal values that align with our company culture.
