Job Overview

In this exciting and fast-paced position, you will be at the forefront of managing and expanding a portfolio of prestigious food service clients, including SKY, Shell, BP, The Jockey Club, and many more. Your mission will be to drive impressive growth results by leveraging our renowned brands and innovative strategies.
This 12-month maternity cover role offers a unique opportunity to make an impact during a key period for our team
Key Responsibilities
- Transform distribution, volume, and share footprint in all customers through execution of contractual terms and a challenger mindset approach in driving compliance.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients such as SKY, Shell, BP, and The Jockey Club. Ensure contract compliance and drive growth through strategic account management.
- Manage P&L of customers and portfolio to accurately report on performance, forecast, ROI of promotional activities, and investment accruals.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans aimed at achieving sales targets and supporting overall business goals. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to create and execute impactful sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Support the team in achieving distribution and volume targets across the Education and Healthcare sectors, outside of the account base.
- Develop RTM account management relationships to unlock further distribution with both existing customers and white space opportunities.
About You
- Experience working with contract catering is essential
- Understanding and confidence with P&L management
- Shopper/Customer Marketing &/or commercial experience is also valued.
- Experience in budgetary management.
- Strong commercial selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written & presented) with good storytelling & facilitation abilities.
- Good understanding of the latest consumer/shopper/market insights.
- Full UK driving license.
