Job Overview:

 

As the Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial relationship with key Unitas members, including Parfetts, Filshill, UWS, and UWG. You will work alongside the Unitas National CDM to focus on building strong relationships with these target members, delivering best-in-class point of purchase execution and availability online, in depot, and in retail/outlet. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to grow these retail-focused (symbol and fascia stores) wholesalers across the total wholesale path to purchase, leveraging best-in-class relationships across all vertical and lateral touchpoints in each customer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Develop, agree, and execute local wholesaler JBPs
  • Execute the national price, promotion, and brand execution plan
  • Use data insights to identify and unlock additional opportunities for growth
  • Own and be accountable for member performance and outcomes, inputting into Unitas account processes including sales forecasting, P&L management
  • Lead Unitas retail strategy to drive retail share
  • Coach and lead direct report for great performance internally and externally
