As an Account Support Executive you will developing and growing revenue, volume and trading contribution within all outlets in your territory through account development, consultative selling, customer relationship management, product availability and distribution and management of a team of Account Support Executives.

As part of your role you will be required to:

  • Improve product availability, space and distribution to achieve target availability level of 90%+
  • Engage in “Consultative Selling” with customers and potential customers using “Sell-Out” toolkit
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with Telesales and Customer Care staff to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide support to all outlets of Key Accounts in your territory as directed by the Key Account Managers
  • Deliver and prepare customer presentations to key customers
  • Control and reduce free cases or any discounts that does not deliver improved customer performance in line with the company budget
  • Management of call frequency and call file to maximise delivery efficiency and increased sales

What we’re looking for in an Account Development Executive:

  • Substantial Sales experience in FMCG environment
  • Full, clean driving license is essential
  • Good knowledge of beverage industry, products, channels and competition
