About the role:
This role will provide commercial admin support for our team that facilitates better decision making and improved customer service within the broader commercial team including Sales, Contact Centre, and Supply Chain.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry (Account set up, Trials, Agreements, Returns) & ensure that data quality is of the highest standard 
  2. Prepare Agreements for closing, customer communication & checks 
  3. Customer report creation & circulation in ERP system (OnePosting)
  4. Capture & Entry of Return Requests from reps and input to OnePosting system
  5. Monthly Contract Close Report, Returns Report, Pool Reconciliation Report & Updating Sales Dashboards
  6. Production & circulation of Weekly Trials List
  7. Revise pricing on system & monthly report
  8. Managing Notifications – Returns & Trials 
  9. Processing Pool Reconciliation Forms & Marking Assets Offsite
  10. Prospect Data Entry & pooling.
  11. Maintain data of Customer Sets (Key Account Groups)
  12. Ensure the accuracy of internal/external pricing/promotion data to facilitate the reduction of account queries.
  13. Develop process improvement to manage customer price increases
  14. Support the Business support team through flexibility, systems knowledge and ability to use Microsoft packages
  15. Develop a ‘proactive’ approach to customer promotions.
  16. Provide cover to AR functions
  17. Input and reconciliation of credit notes into the system
  18. Direct Debit Set-up
  19. Welcome Email for New Accounts
  20. Ensuring Data is maintained to the highest standard for Ballygowan Water Cooler Division
  21. Master Price File administrator 
  22. Maintain Customer Pricing/Promotions Files 
  23. Maintain Product file listings 
  24. Maintain Promotions Log 


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Candidate must be responsible, logical and have the ability to deal with high volumes of data entry.  
  2. Display a strong attention to detail.
  3. Must have experience of managing and taking ownership of their workload and commitment to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
  4. Strong IT abilities - Working knowledge of Access along with other Microsoft suites.
  5. Individual must be logical in their approach to dealing with problems, work well under pressure and have previous experience of working on their own initiative.
  6. Strong time management skills.
  7. Good communicator/interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong team player.
  9. ERP knowledge or learning ability
