About the Role:


This role is responsible for the field sales data system (REX). This role will empower our field sales team with insights and information for the continuous growth of Britvic Ireland. This role will take ownership of the Rex system, ensuring its optimal functionality and leveraging its capabilities to drive performance excellence. By harnessing the power of data to inform and guide the field sales team decision-making processes, enabling us to make agile and informed business decisions.


Through strategic operational planning, robust business development initiatives, insightful market analysis, and comprehensive data analysis, our aim is to grow our brand presence within our field sales model and this role is an integral part in supporting the Field Sales reach our ambition.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Specialist/Trainer in the Rex system
  2. To manage and be the point of contact for the field sales team. 
  3. Ensure effective utilisation and optimisation of Rex systems and tools within the team.
  4. Maintain data integrity for Rex system, identify and correct errors in timely manner
  5. Attend sales management and team meetings and present data and findings to drive informed decisions.
  6. Work cross functionally in particular with Marketing, the analytics team and IT
  7. Ensure effective utilisation and optimisation of IT systems and tools within the team.
  8. Full management of PO’s and GR’s of invoices.
  9. Administration of weekly journey updates on REX
  10. Generation of Activities including questionnaires on REX
  11. Processing new accounts according to specified formats and timelines for REX(indirect)
  12. Updating current account records to specified formats and timelines for REX
  13. Maintain Channel Product Lists in Rex
  14. Asset management Support
  15. Daily/Weekly Reporting as required.  

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

  1. Customer relation management (CRM) experience and advantage
  2. Advanced Excel is required.
  3. Attention to detail is required.
  4. Process driven an advantage.
  5. Comfortable with large high volumes of data and data sources is desirable.
  6. Ability to prioritise workload and deadlines is required.
  7. Team player is an advantage.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is required.
  9. Excellent relationship building skills is an advantage.
  10. Commercial awareness is desirable. 
  11. Computer literacy is required.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  1. Leaving cert mandatory and business degree preferable, although not necessary 
  2. Qualification in system and data and advantage
