This role provides sales support within across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, providing world class practice and facilitates and improved customer service within the broader commercial team including Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, Ballygowan, Finance and Supply chain. You'll work particularly closely alongside the Head of Sales and Key Accounts Manager. 
This role will help ensure effective team commercial administration and controls (pricing, promotions, trade investments, overheads etc) and ensure great customer service.
 
These are critical functions to be delivered within the team, enabling the wider team to grow distribution, volume, net revenue and trading contribution, and overall market share.  This role is office based, but limited travel (with reasonable notice) will be required.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
  • Ensure the accuracy of internal/external pricing/promotion data to facilitate the reduction of account queries.
  • Set up customer pricing and manage the pricing templates for each account.
  • Process payment of invoices and link with accounts receivable / payable to deliver on time for the customer.
  • Develop & maintain customer invoicing trackers.
  • Work with AR & customer AP to investigate & resolve any customer claims & develop & maintain pricing trackers up to date.
  • Complete all new account set up for HORECA division
  • Take ownership of all PW maintenance : Pricing, Invoicing, order queries and NPD set up.
 
Growth:
  • Develop better Pricing/promotion templates to deliver on improved accuracy.
  • Contribute to developing Customer templates to deliver on faster processing and turnaround.
  • Collate and distribute promotional cycle information to the field team.
  • Provide monthly sales reports to the field sales team.
 
Productivity:
  • Develop a clear process to manage the annual Price Increase.
  • Support the Commercial team through flexibility, systems knowledge, and ability to use Xtel, SAP, SAC and Microsoft packages.
 
Enablement:
  • Develop a ‘proactive’ approach to customer promotions.
  • Accurate submission of Promotions & New Line Forms submission in advance of deadlines.
  • Oversee accuracy and timeliness of promotional input to the Xtel system in accordance with quarterly planning process, by working closely with account management team.
  • Contribute to the Price Increase process.
  • Develop two-way lines of communication with the customer, other Britvic internal channels and the HORECA Field Sales team.
  • Structure & ownership of weekly tasks meetings with Account Managers.
