Job Overview
Britvic is seeking a dynamic and committed Customer Executive - Commercial to join our team in Dublin. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to our Commercial teams across the Isle of Ireland, contributing to various business and market initiatives. As part of the new Commercial Services function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective administration, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting account management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate pricing, promotion data, and invoicing to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer claims and maintain pricing trackers.
- Support the National Account Manager with Joint Business Plans and promotional plans.
- Develop efficient processes to manage price increases and improve P&L accuracy.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of promotional input and contribute to the price increase process.
- Foster two-way communication with customers, internal channels, and the commercial/field team.
- Liaise with key administrators within the national and regional account base.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and promote a culture of growth and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong IT abilities, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and high accuracy levels.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Desirable: SAP, customer system knowledge, Xtel & SAC knowledge or learning ability.
Education
Educated to A level standard/Leaving Certificate or experience working within a commercial function is preferable.
