About the Role:
As a Commercial Customer Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the Tesco ROI and NI Account Managers by providing dedicated assistance across Tesco IOI. This role will be based in our Dublin office with occasional travel requirements for customer meetings and off-site engagements.

 

Your efforts will contribute to ensuring effective commercial administration, exceptional customer service, and support the delivery of strategic growth initiatives for Tesco and the Grocery Channel. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow within the commercial accounts and customer management sector, providing a solid foundation for career advancement.


Key Responsibilities:
 

  1. Support Account Managers with communication and execution of business plans
  2. Lead, develop, coach, and enhance all Tesco Connect systems across all areas of the business
  3. Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities and bridge data gaps
  4. Ensure accuracy of pricing and promotion data to streamline account queries
  5. Efficiently manage customer pricing and templates for each account
  6. Develop and maintain customer invoicing trackers and own all account maintenance tasks, including invoicing, Nielsen updates, and new product setup via Induct
  7. Establish a process for managing price increases
  8. Collaborate with Customer Care on order and delivery queries
  9. Maintain pricing/promotions files and product listings


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Strong IT skills, including system knowledge (Xtel, SAP, SAC)
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Familiarity with SAP, Tesco Connect, and Induct systems is a plus
  4. Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
