As a member of the Ballygowan Sustainable Solutions team, you will play an active role in the implementation of sales strategy & communicate with customers to understand their needs. Office based roll working with the field team to managing our current customers along with new business inquiries. Responsibility for achievement of agreed sales targets in line with BSS sales plan, working with the Customers Care, AR & logistics teams to achieve the business AOP. 
 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
  • Developing new sales opportunities via calls, email, web & LinkedIn
  • Management of all customers cooler returns
  • Management of all current customer cooler orders
  • Ability in answering customer questions resolving their concerns and providing additional information via call and emails
  • Demonstrate ability to achieve sales targets
  • Upselling Products & Service
  • Keeping up to date with product information of competitors offers
  • Strong commercial awareness if business dynamics
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Good presentation and writing skills
  • Excellent administrative and reporting ability
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Product knowledge / Industry experience
  • Support Team with Annual Leave

Qualifications:
  • One year inside sales or field-based sales experience would be ideal
  • Third level qualification in Business or relevant discipline is desirable. (Leaving certificate level or equivalent may be sufficient depending on experience)
