About the Role:


To manage & develop some of our key customer partnerships, taking complete responsibility for the forecast and customer Supply Chain related activities/initiatives. Responsible for setting and delivering our strategic agenda with key customers and for the relationship with senior customer contacts up to Senior Manager level.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Manage all supply chain end to end responsibilities, driving improved customer service, availability and forecast objectives. Responsible for the forecast, customer relationship and cost to serve strategies with the customers and channels. Aligned to the internal customer management leadership team for the account/channel (BDM and AD), and responsible for directing the supply chain relationship within ‘One Britvic’. Lead the delivery of NPD in the customer/channel

 

  • Forecasts:

Oversee the short-term operational forecast window
Facilitate Britvic’s forecast process with our customers
Influence beyond the 20-week forecast window, ensuring smooth transition between Long Term & Short Term timelines
Full Customer/Britvic collaboration to align base and promotional and forecasts 

 

  • Availability and Service: 

Develop broad and deep relationships with all Customer supply chain contacts

 

  • Cost to Serve:

Regular evaluation of customer “CTS Profile” data to optimise supply chain costs

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

  1. FMCG supply chain or commercial experience
  2. Ability to influence key stakeholders
  3. Good Customer facing experience

 


Qualifications:

 

  1. Business Degree or equivalent experience
