About the role:


Working with, and reporting to the Employee Communications and Community Manager to:


  • Create and deliver consistently impactful employee communications and engagement for colleagues across the Ireland BU and Counterpoint business.
  • Build advocacy amongst employees so they are ambassadors for the Britvic corporate brand and our soft drinks brands.


The role also includes diary management for the Ireland Exec (excluding the Ireland MD)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leverage relevant PLC content, create and deliver engaging and inspiring local content, that employees want to read/watch/listen to
  • Engage in two-way dialogue with employees to ensure communications stay relevant, fresh and engaging and are co-created with/by staff
  • Own the daily/weekly/periodic/monthly updating of the key employee communications platforms in the Ireland business
  • Clear down legacy and out of date content to underpin relevance, newsworthiness, interest and utility of employee communications
  • Organising Ire Exec (excluding MD), diary, appointments.
  • Organising key External Stakeholder Events (e.g. Wimbledon, Irish Open, All Ireland Final) and helping to organise both the Annual Sales Conference and employee participation initiatives such as Feet-on-the-Street
