Job Overview
As a Senior Field Sales Manager at Britvic Ireland, you will lead and inspire our field sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive market growth. This dynamic role involves developing effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the optimal performance of your team. You will be responsible for journey scheduling, measuring team KPIs, and developing the capabilities of your team members to deliver exceptional results in the competitive beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the field sales team, fostering a high-performance culture that consistently achieves sales targets and drives market growth
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand existing customer relationships and successfully onboard new accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and operational standards, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement strategies
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making
- Deliver comprehensive training and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of the field sales team
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management with a proven track record of success in the beverage or FMCG industry
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a large sales team to achieve exceptional results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage diverse stakeholder relationships

Education/Qualifications
