About the Role:

 

The Role exists to develop and grow the business footprint through the sale of Beyond the Bottle solutions in the  both by directly targeting accounts and supporting the wider HORECA team in pitches for BTB business.

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

Reporting to the Head of Sales with responsibility for growing our BTB business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is interested in creating a change in how we purchase and consume soft drinks in a more Sustainable manager for the future.  You will work with a wide cross-functional team growing our Beyond the Bottle business and creating new packaging-free propositions in the Hospitality channel.

 

In this role you will have responsibility for delivery of the Annual Sales Placements target of Aqua Libra Co Taps and Soft Drinks Dispense units in the Licensed and Hospitality Channel ie. to Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Foodservice and Leisure customers.

 

You will be the BTB subject matter expert in the sales team, supporting colleagues with developing propositions, commercial proposals and selling them in to Customers.  This role includes responsibility for New Business Development, Commercial Proposition Development, Pricing, P&L Delivery and Conversion of sales from lead through to installation.  You will bring our BTB range of hydration and soft drinks solutions into new businesses by offering new and more sustainable hydration solutions to partners across the Hospitality channel, particularly those customers who are seeking a packaging-free proposition.

 

In addition to driving sales of our existing portfolio you will be responsible for building the Dispense market through innovation including new Flavours and leading-edge Equipment.  This will involve working with the Marketing, Operations and Commercial leadership teams to develop new Beyond the Bottle and Packaging Free propositions.  As we continue to evolve our BTB proposition this will mean capturing learnings and working with the business to act on them in an agile manner.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

 

  1. Strong experience in the Licensed and Hospitality market and an excellent network of contacts within this channel
  2. Ideally have experience selling integrated taps systems and/or Dispensed soft drinks.
  3. Commercially Alert
  4. Technically minded – able to perform with basic site audits (training is available and our engineering team will support with complex audits) 
  5. Strong Sales focused Approach, Self-Confident, who acts with Pace. 
  6. Excellent Communicator – excel working with range of professional companies and on many levels
  7. Proven history of closing high value sales and accounts
  8. Experience to seek out new business / projects, build and develop strong relationships and sales pipeline, to manage and develop all prospect opportunities. 
  9. Plan and organise effectively
  10. Exemplary negotiation & objection handling 
  11. Work well in a team, able to work effectively with other sales people and a cross-functional team
  12. A passion for Sustainability and ability to support customers with their own journey towards a more environmentally friendly footprint
