Job Overview
This role primarily exists to develop and grow the Net revenue, trading contribution and volume within the area of responsibility through customer business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management, improving product availability, world-class in-market execution and implementation of Joint Business Planning (JBP).
Key Responsibilities
- Development of existing & new key customer groups (Convenience Retail groups)
- Delivery of great JBPs that deliver customer forecast revenue and marginal contribution
- Development of an optimum range of new and core product listings in each account
- Achievement of targets for budget on Revenue, volume, Trading Contribution (TC)
- Control of cost, pricing and trade spend and overheads in accounts of responsibility
- Develop key relationships with influencers within C&I Wholesale Division
- Implement process improvement that reduces cost to serve key customers
- Development of cost-effective and insight-driven promotional plans in conjunction with Customer Trade Marketing and Insight team
- In conjunction with the customer operations team and customer logistics ensure that key customers receive the appropriate servicing levels
- Develop great team values and culture that improve performance

Requirements
- 2 years + sales experience in FMCG
- Knowledge of the industry, products, channels and competition
- Degree in a business-related area. (Desired but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities

- Proven Negotiation skills

- Full clean driving license is essential
