The role is a fixed Term contract for 12 months based in Kylemore Park West, Dublin, but at Britvic we operate a hybrid, flexible way of working.

 

About the role:

Britvic Ireland currently have an ambitious pipeline of projects and we are looking to strengthen our Marketing Project team with the appointment of an NPD Project Manager who will deliver our AOP pipeline of projects through world class project leadership.
Reporting to the Marketing Project Manager, this is a key role within Britvic Ireland as you will proactively lead and drive project delivery of brand changes, brand extensions, Innovation and Renovation projects to meet the project timelines while upholding robust Governance processes.


Key Responsibilities
Create and actively manage NPD project plans from initiation through to closure.
Understand and identify dependencies between projects
Play a key role in ensuring Stage Gate Governance compliance for the Portfolio.  
To build and lead Project meetings ensuring the clarity of roles and responsibilities for successful project delivery are in place.
Manage Project cross functional team across business functions and territories.
Manage Project Meetings, timelines, Manage and track completion of workbook actions 
To produce, manage and execute project plans, including a communication and review strategy ensuring regular updating of senior management and stakeholders on progress.
Manage the project budget in order to ensure that project costs, quality and time scales are delivered on target.
To identify risks and issues to the project, and to develop and manage contingency plans in order to eliminate any risk to the business.
Document processes and process improvements
Update and Maintain Project Hub.
Plan & Facilitate monthly Governance Meeting.

Key Requirements
Highly organised, detail-oriented, possess the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by Senior Stakeholders.
Experience in FMCG industry is essential and specifically the product development process.
Experience of working across functions and territories.
Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
Ability to lead, influence and coach others .
3 years PM+ experience
Degree level Qualification preferred
PM certification an advantage but not essential
Proficient in MS Project & MS Excel
Work on own initiative
