About the Role:

 

Britvic Ireland currently have an ambitious pipeline of projects and we are looking to strengthen our team with the appointment of a Program Manager who will execute flawless delivery of Britvic program of projects through world class project leadership.

The Program Manager will proactively lead & drive project delivery ensuring a high level of stakeholder engagement and rigour is delivered to ensure we gain maximum commercial and competitive advantage.

Working with Project leads ensuring that the overall program of delivery for Britvic Ireland is controlled and delivered in accordance with targets.

 

This is a fixed term contract of up to 18 months.

 

Our Technical team consists of a group of highly trained scientists and professionals who are focused on supporting all Britvic business units by adding value through the “Make, Market, Sell, Enable” mindset and excellent partnership collaboration.  Our passions are for best in class packaging, for developing superior products that consumers drink and love, and for our impeccable delivery of projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the Program Management of Britvic Irelands AOP and other key projects within the Irish business.

Create effective partnerships cross functionally to enable flawless program delivery of key business objectives

Program Manage key projects for the business ensuring all key metrics are identified and success criteria is achieved.

Ensure all project work is compliant with the Britvic Stage & Gate process.

Ensure all projects are delivered considering the businesses sustainability strategy.

Drive process improvements and implement changes in line with governance.

Approach program delivery with a continuous improvement mindset.

Provide direction & leadership to project teams across all levels of the business

Report on projects to support the technical programme

Risk management and communication to senior stakeholders.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

 

Program & Project management experience with a track record of delivering results.

Strong leadership and management skills are desirable

Influencing ability and personal accountability for results.

Well-developed interpersonal skills, specifically relationship building, facilitation, written / verbal communication.

Experience of working with manufacturing / engineering departments and driving cross functional project teams desirable.

Professional project management accreditation e.g. APM, PMP, Prince 2.

Accomplished IT Skills using Microsoft suite of programs (including MS Project) are essential

Strong leadership and management skills are desirable

Creates fresh and innovative approaches to overcome challenges

Good communication, influencing and collaboration skills

Project Management Qualifications are desirable.
