Work with the Engineering and Operational teams to deliver agreed OEE targets ensuring that all relevant OE tools, techniques and governance are applied.

Support line performance improvement through the analysis of run rates, change-overs and SKU sequences.

Be proactive in implementing OEE/continuous improvement with regard to line operating practices and equipment.

Carry out the plant preventative maintenance plan as scheduled and update completion on SAP.

Attend reactive breakdowns, record corrective actions and support/lead on follow up actions and reviews.
-
Practical Engineering / Technical / Facilities Maintenance experience with a proven track record of maintenance service delivery.

Experience of working within a strategic, target driven manufacturing environment which is measured by robust Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Working knowledge and application experience of delivering specific Health, Safety & Environmental legislation.

Strong interpersonal and communication are essential.

Whilst core skill is Electrical suitable candidate must be cross skilled mechanically with a strong can-do attitude.

Strong trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.

PLC experience is desirable.
