Job Overview
The Marketing Manager – Energy & Mixers is a strategic brand leadership role responsible for shaping the long-term vision and annual brand plans for the Energy and Premium Mixers portfolio. The role demands a consumer first mindset, with a particular focus on attracting and engaging younger audiences through distinctive, insight-led brand activity.
Carrying full P&L responsibility, the Marketing Manager will drive sustainable growth by developing compelling brand strategies, executing integrated campaigns, and partnering closely with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Insights, Category, Shopper Marketing and R&D to deliver outstanding business and brand performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear brand strategy and annual plans for the Energy & Mixers portfolio to deliver penetration, share, revenue, profit and brand health targets.
- Guard brand positioning and identity, leading integrated marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints and markets.
- Own media, channel and social strategies (content, partners, paid support) to maximise scale, reach and engagement with younger audiences.
- Partner with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Insights, Category and Shopper Marketing teams on pricing, promotions, PPA and best-in-class shopper activations.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities and driving clear corrective or acceleration actions.
- Lead collaboration with creative, media and activation agencies and R&D to deliver distinctive brand plans and a robust 3‑year innovation pipeline.
- Build collaborations and licensing agreements, and champion the brand internally to inspire stakeholders and drive alignment behind brand vision and plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand management within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
- Demonstrated consumer‑first mindset, with proven experience engaging younger audiences through brand and communication strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering strong brand and commercial results, ideally with full or significant P&L accountability.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, promotions and evaluating brand performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a track record of working effectively across functions and with senior stakeholders.
