Job Overview

 

We're seeking an energetic and collaborative People & Culture Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Britvic. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our company culture and ensuring our operations run smoothly. With your expertise, we'll foster an environment that empowers our employees to thrive and contribute to our mission of enjoying life's everyday moments.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement people-centric strategies that align with our values and business objectives
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
  • Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in our people processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and belonging
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees at all levels

 

Experience and Key Attributes

 

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in HR operations or HR management roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, compensation, benefits, and payroll practices
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems with excellent data management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for team development and mentoring
  • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong ethical judgement, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels

 

Education

 

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

 

Certifications

 

  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
  • Familiarity with HR software and analytics tools is a plus
