Core Purpose of the role:  
This is an exciting role where you will develop and grow the business footprint through the sale of Aqua Libra Co. Premium Tap Solutions on the Island of Ireland within the Licensed and Hospitality Channel.


Role Responsibilities: 
Reporting to the Business Development Manager for Aquaporte, you will have responsibility for delivery of the Annual Sales Placements target of Aqua Libra Co products in the Licensed and Hospitality Channel ie. to Pubs, Restaurants and Hotels. This will involve selling integrated tap solutions on the Island of Ireland, building new Customer Relationships, account administration, new product introductions, pricing, P&L Delivery and day-to-day customer account management.


In this role you will work closely with our sales team who provide a full portfolio service to our existing customers in this channel. You will also establish your own network of accounts, bringing our Aqua Libra Co range of hydration solutions into new businesses by offering new and more sustainable hydration solutions to partners across the channel.
You  will also co-ordinate cross functionally with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful placement of Taps, as part of our businesses strategic growth plans for Aquaporte.    


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Strong experience in the Licensed and Hospitality market and an excellent network of contacts within this channel would be ideal but not essential 
  2. Ideally have experience selling integrated taps systems 
  3. Proven history of closing high value sales and accounts
  4. Experience seeking out new business / projects, build and develop strong relationships and sales pipeline, to manage and develop all prospect opportunities. 
  5. Commercially Alert 
  6. Strong Sales focused Approach, Self-Confident, who acts with Pace
  7. Excellent Communicator – excel working with range of professional companies and on many levels
  8. Plan and organise effectively 
  9. Exemplary negotiation & objection handling 
  10. Work well in a team, able to work effectively with other sales people and a cross-functional team
  11. A passion for Sustainability and ability to support customers with their own journey towards a more environmentally friendly footprint
