Job Overview
Britvic Ireland is seeking a dynamic and passionate Shopper Marketing Coordinator who is ready to engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver creative, impactful Below the Line (BTL) campaigns for our exciting brands. This role is ideal for junior specialists or fresh graduates eager to kick-start their career in Shopper Marketing. You will assist in the execution of an 18-24 month calendar and progress to a Shopper Marketing Executive role, taking on responsibility for managing key BTL Brand Campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing brand/customer experiential events, trade shows, and brand days.
- Collaborate with the team to develop annual and monthly shopper activation plans that align with company priorities, brand strategies, and customer calendars/events.
- Work together with the team to create BTL marketing materials for key customers across local brands.
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing Team to execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Liaise with and brief Field Sales Teams on monthly activities, setting clear objectives and supporting efficient ways of working.
- Work closely with third-party creative, print, and experiential agencies to ensure accountability for delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Provide clear, detailed, and inspiring briefs to agencies to deliver top-notch results for Britvic Ireland.
- Track the Shopper Marketing budget, manage stock ordering and dispatch, oversee overlay prizes and merchandise, and maintain the Britvic Online dispatch site.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Field Sales & Commercial) to provide product and execution updates, and contribute to customer plans both in-account and online.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Holding an Honours Degree in Marketing/Business (with a strong focus on marketing).
- Possessing 1-2 years of experience in Brand or Agency roles within Shopper Marketing (internships or relevant experience will be considered).
- Bright, curious, and eager to learn with a passion for Brand & Shopper Marketing.
- A strong communicator with excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Able to translate strategy into action and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and solution-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving.
