Job Overview
Britvic Ireland is seeking a dynamic and passionate Shopper Marketing Coordinator who can engage with internal and external stakeholders and agencies to deliver dynamic, creative, and effective results for Below the Line campaigns for our great brands. This role will be for a person who is passionate about Shopper Marketing with a view to completing a full calendar of 18-24 months and progressing to a Shopper Marketing Executive role, where they will manage key BTL (Below the Line) Brand Campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with brand/customer experiential events, trade shows, and brand days
- Develop yearly and monthly shopper activation plans aligned with company priorities, brand strategies, and customer calendars/events
- Create BTL (Below the Line) marketing materials for key customers across local brands
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing Team on executing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Liaise with and brief Field Sales Teams on monthly activities, setting clear objectives and supporting ways of working
- Work closely with third-party creative, print, and experiential agencies, ensuring accountability for delivery within agreed budgets and timelines
- Provide clear, detailed, and inspiring agency briefs to deliver best-in-class results for Britvic Ireland
- Track the Shopper Marketing budget, manage stock ordering and dispatch, oversee overlay prizes and merchandise, and maintain the Britvic Online dispatch site
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Field Sales & Commercial) on product and execution updates, and lead the development of customer plans both in-account and online
Skills, Capabilities, Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication & influencing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills
- Ability to translate strategy into action & highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Honours Degree in Marketing/Business (with a strong marketing module)
- Understanding of Digital Marketing & EComm
- 1-2 years experience in a Brand or Agency experience within Shopper Marketing
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
