About the Role:
The Site Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration duties associated with various business units in the Kylemore Manufacturing site.
This role has a variety of responsibilities across a wide range of activities, it requires excellent communication and collaboration skills and will be a key support role to several departments.
General administartion:
You will help co-ordinate all activities related to site administration, general queries, phone calls, emails and post. Order and maintain office stationary.
The role will also be responsible for managing PO’s and ensuring suppliers are paid within the terms. Other administrative tasks include; maintaining the reception area, stocking supplies, and other general office duties, such as filing, scanning/photocopying and updating records.
Supply Chain Support Administration:
Administration support for the Shift Management, supporting with the administration of rosters, ordering uniforms, new starters and IT set up. Supply Chain Communication Planning.
Communication and Collaboration:
General support for our Employee Communications & Community Manager. Collaborate and communicate with various departments, including Supply Chain and Commercial. Help create and review companywide communication.
Engagement & Wellbeing:
Support engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including the coordination of events and well being campaigns. Liaising with different departments and network groups to ensure the initiative will be fit for purpose.
Facilities Support:
Supporting our facilities management with sub-contractor contracts, relationship management, PO’s and adhoc project work.
Overall responsibility for budget management for facilities and support with construction projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience working in administration
- Well organised and self-motivated
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail, diligent and an analytical thinker
- Excellent document preparation and formatting skills
- Ability to prioritise work, multitask and troubleshoot
- Good time management skills
- SAP and Ariba experience is desired but not required
- Experience working for a Manufacturing / Supply Chain company is desired but not required
