Brand Ambassador – Premium Drinks




We are looking to employ an exceptional Brand Ambassador situated in Miami responsible for increasing brand awareness for our premium portfolio of London Essence Company mixers. This is an exciting customer facing role responsible for commercial accounts within the US marketplace, representing our high-end portfolio, whilst growing our presence in the US market. The role would suit a well-networked and skilled Brand Ambassador, who brings commercial acumen to their trade.   • To strategically develop the LEC brand, delivering profitable business growth in the Out of Home channel
  • To be the ‘face’ of the LEC brand in Florida attending professional events and key customer meetings.
  • Leverage existing and develop new relationships so to increase distribution and grow brand affinity within Premium Adult-Beverage On-premise accounts.
  • Be a product expert and voice of the brand for trade outreach, education, and mixology.
  • Participate in regional and national marketing efforts as necessary, including trade shows and Key Influencer events.
  • Utilize social media networks to enhance brands visibility and promote advocacy.
  • Work with market influencers, create opportunities and work with social influencers, ie artist, chefs, fashion, etc within the premium space
  • To work with the US Brand Ambassador and local Market Activation teams in implementing customer-facing programmes in conjunction with external agency partners
  • Work alongside distributor sales reps to demonstrate brand talking points and assist in sales efforts
  • Be recognised as true business partner to our distributors and be available as a resource and brand expert when called upon.
  • To work with the Regional Business Development Director to unlock regional On Trade outlets and chains
  • To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity Out of Home and proactively recommend changes to the brand initiatives in the Out of Home channel

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Significant experience and awareness of the Out of Home / On Premise channel
  • Significant experience as a Bartender – mixologist skills desirable
  • A self-starter, with the agility to ‘manage the matrix’ of key internal stakeholders and also independently source & cultivate new opportunities externally to deliver
  • Experience in the premium beverage or the craft cocktail world
  • Experience in beverage solutions meeting customer/consumer needs
  • Engaging, articulate & passionate presenter - someone who can ‘wow’ the room
  • A passion for the beverage industry and strong understanding of the spirits world and the mixer category is a plus.
  • Has influence through various social media channels and willing to liaise as an extension of the LEC brand



  • Degree level qualification desirable
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ bartending/barista/mixologist experience
