Position details:

To manage an existing account base of regional multiple retail group customers, ensuring best in class activation, growth of innovation brands and profitable re-negotiation of contracts. Evolve existing relationships and ensure organic growth through complete account management.

 Advancement of localised connectivity with key influencers including RTM partners and Independent Wholesalers.

Manage the day to day running of accounts within your region to ensure greatest return of investment for Britvic Soft Drinks whilst maintaining the highest level of contract adherence through your account base

  • You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, attention to detail and are very self motivated.
  • Licensed trade knowledge and understanding
  • Experience of working in other drinks categories, knowledge of Spirits brands (desirable)
  • Highly developed ability to assess customers business and drive compelling and articulate opportunities.
  • Good commercial acumen to enable RoI, with experience and confidence of activation and customer interaction.

The successful individual will be responsible for:

  • To co-ordinate the implementation of all contracts in your region in conjunction with all internal and external stakeholders ensuring best in class category partnership
  • To build and then lead a broad and deep customer contact strategy to enable you to identify and capitalise on further account by account opportunities.
  • To build a customer specific strategic plan in conjunction with all key stakeholders. Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Shopper Marketing teams to ensure that each key customer has an individual annual plan that delivers against channel commercial goals and strategic direction, prior to the commencement of the financial year
  • To be fully accountable for P&L within your area of responsibility, building and agreeing an investment plan for your accounts to drive the AOP objectives
  • To administer contractual budgets ensuring that money is spent in line with guidelines agreed with channels and brands and that return on investment is maximised
