About the Role:

As part of a “Global Centre of Excellence”, the role is to ensure every consumer receives a perfectly served, compellingly chilled soft drink whether from a dispense system on a foodservice, leisure or licensed occasion or from a packaged product from a Britvic Soft Drinks Vendor or Chiller whilst “on the go”. To be Brand Ambassador at outlet level supporting Britvic Soft Drinks Growth Strategy by promoting our brands, passionately delivering the best customer experience and providing Britvic Soft Drinks with a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

-To install Britvic Soft Drinks dispense systems.

-Diagnose and Repair Dispense, Vendor and Chiller equipment faults and where appropriate complete preventative actions to reduce further breakdowns.

-Prioritise a diverse workload, in conjunction with peers and planner, to ensure all activity is completed within customer charter times and with optimum efficiency.

-Support Britvic’s Growth Strategy with promotional activity, data capture and asset tracking at outlet level.

-Educate customers with the knowledge and understanding of food hygiene responsibilities and basic fault diagnosis to maximise equipment serve time.

-Compliance with H&S legislation.

Key Performance Measures: 

-All activities delivered to Customer Charter agreement.

-Number of repeat service calls reduced.

-Deliver the perfect serve in outlet

-Equipment installed to agreed standards

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

-Proven problem solving and logical fault finding skills.

-Experience of working in a customer/field service environment may be an advantage but not essential.

-Competent user of basic IT systems (Microsoft office)

-Self-motivated, able to work alone or as part of a small team and be equally effective and successful in order to deliver great results and continually develop.

-Effective decision making capability creating win win scenarios for Britvic Soft Drinks and our customers.

-Great communicator, able to communicate effectively and build partnerships with internal and external customers.

-Thrives on the diversity and challenge of delivering world class service in a highly demanding field based environment.


-Educated to GCSE standard.

-Electrical or mechanical qualification would be an advantage but not essential
