About the Role:

Britvic International has an ambitious growth strategy over the next 5 years which supports the delivery of the overarching Britvic Plc Mission 2025 Purpose, Vision & Goals. As part of the International plan several new growth areas have been identified that will support the acceleration of our Global Premium Adult Brands, London Essence & Mathieu Teisseirre. Consequently this sales manager role has been created to support the unlock of one of the important new areas; Global Key Accounts. 

The main responsibilities of this role will be to; Identify potential Global Key Accounts for your specific channel e.g. Coffee Chains and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR/Casual Dining that are relevant for our Global Premium Adult brands. Inspire and build strong relationships with the prospects to get our brands on the list of preferred suppliers. Work with the Market Sales Managers & their distributors to gain new listings in the local markets. 

This job is not a classic account management role, consequently the key behaviours to be successful are; Extremely driven with a pro-active mindset,  very strong hunting mentality with a natural ability to network and create strong relationships both internally and externally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Global Key Accounts - Identify & win new Global Accounts for our premium adult brands:
Develop a pipeline & road map of Global Account prospects that are relevant to our Global Premium Brands & help us scale our business in key markets. 
Lead sensational & inspiring sessions to convert potential new partners into long term business. Develop strong partner relationships & embed the International Distributor Management ways of working. 
Accelerate the growth of these new partners through working collaboratively with the Britvic Sales teams in key markets. 
Support the development of an innovative & inspiring selling ‘kit’ & story that enables the unlock of the plan.   

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Must have experience and networks within Casual Dining, Quick Serve Restaurants (QSR), Coffee Shop Chains
Global Account management experience & a strong network that would accelerate our progress in this area
Pro-active attitude with a strong hunting mentality:
Pro-active in developing a strong internal and external network.
Hunting down new opportunities & being the face of Britvic at relevant network events (physical & digital) 
Expert at developing strong partner relationships with different cultures and in varying geographies.   
Project management: ability to navigate & implement complex projects with franchise partners in different regions of the world.
