Key to the success of our brands is a world class commercial team and we are now looking for a National Account Manager to join our ‘Out of Home’ part of the business in particular working with our Multiple Restaurant Groups.

 

As a NationaL Account Executive you will be the primary interface for some of our key hospitality customers. You will be responsible for creating activations within your customers (led from our above the line campaigns) whilst optimising our rate of sale through creative proposition led solutions and ensure any projects are completed as agreed by both parties. On a day to day basis you will be need a creative mind set to drive your own customer solutions and be responsible the co-ordination of the implementation of a key contract in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders ensuring best in class category partnership. You will be fully accountable for P&L within your area of responsibility, building and agreeing an investment plan for the channel to drive the AOP objectives


We are looking for applicants with Commercial experience within a Drinks background ideally working with customers within the hospitality market. We would expect successful candidates to have the ability to ‘own it’ and have the ability to work on their own as well as the ability to manage a P&L. What we’re looking for in a National Account Executive: 
•    Licensed trade knowledge and understanding
•    Experience of working in other drinks categories, knowledge of Spirits brands (desirable)
•    Strong commercial acumen to enable development of strong commercial propositions which can be developed into account plans & implementable in outlet execution plans.
•    Attention to detail 
•    Self-motivated with ability to work alone whilst also delivering as part of the wider team
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills – Driven/motivated to ensure all Britvic sales opportunities are exploited 
•    Experience of customer terms/contract renegotiation
