Regional Sales Manager – On Trade
Location: UK South

Key to the success of our brands is a world class commercial team and we are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to plan, direct and performance manage the activity of a regional field team with some of our hospitality customers.
As the Regional Sales Manager you will devise, communicate and lead the licensed strategy for MRGs across the South of the UK in alignment with the on trade sales team. On a day to day basis you will manage a team of 3/4 Regional Customer Development Managers across the South of the UK to deliver against the commercial and brand plan as well as act as the Regional Director for Britvic amongst external RTM customers to drive relationships, credibility and belief to step change the ‘Britvic’ perception. You will work cross functionally across the GB business to develop relationships and networks to create challenger ways of working and facilitate optimum performances across the team as well as ensure the team receive high level coaching on an ongoing basis – World Class Customer Meetings, individual development plans, Account planning, Commercial and execution skills…

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
•    Previous commercial experience within the On trade channel within an FMCG
•    Compelling communicator with the ability to lead from the front and galvanise a team into action – previous management experience essential 
•    Strong commercial acumen to enable development of strong commercial propositions which can be developed into implementable regional strategies and plans.
•    Structured selling and negotiation skills with the ability to your own knowledge to the wider team.
•    Experience of managing a P&L and budgets
