Field Maintenance Technician – Soft Drinks  

Salary package - up to £50k OTE when fully trained

Location: SW & W London (Ideally you will be located within the M25 or surrounds)
Hours : Monday- Friday 9:00-17:30 , 1 weekend per month , 1 week on call per month - NO NIGHTS

The Key to the success of our brands is a world class commercial team who are now looking for 2 X Field Service Engineer to work with our customers, at various sites every day installing, diagnosing and repairing our Dispense and Chiller equipment.  This is a fantastic autonomous role where you will have your own company vehicle and be responsible in being the face of britvic to our many wonderful and exciting customers . 

Key Responsbilities: 

1. Install,  diagnose, maintain and repair our soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at a variety of our client sites including; pubs, bars , restaurants, live music venues, fast food chains and more!
2. You will be provided with a company Van where each day you will visit multiple sites to carry out works , no two days are the same so there is a lot of variety in what you do
3. Educating our customers to be able to diagnose basic faults and their responsibilities of basic equipment hygiene to maximise equiptment serve time  
4. Diagnose , repair and exchange of capital equiptment ie coolers and bar valves
5. Health and saftey preperation, ensuring you keep on top of your paperwork

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required 

1. You will have a practical approach and Ideally have experience in a technical or engineering role
2. You will need a logical approach to solving problems , be good with your hands but most importantly , get a real buzz out of helping people
3. Experience in diagnostic repairs on electrical and/ or mechanical equipment would be advantagous 
4. You will have the ability to build relationships with customers and deliver great customer service
5. You will be flexible and able to work independently.
6. You will have a full driving licence.
