Field Technician – Soft Drinks

Key to the success of our brands is a world class commercial team and we are now looking for a Field Service Engineer to work with our customers every day installing, diagnosing and repairing our Dispense and Chiller equipment.

What we’re looking for in a Field Technician: 

1. Your enthusiasm for our products and everything else that we have to offer will be a driving factor in your success in the role. To succeed in this role, you’ll have a logical approach to solving problems, be good with your hands, but most importantly, get a real buzz out of helping people. 

2. You will have a practical approach to work ideally with experience in a technical or engineering role.

3. You will have the ability to build relationships with customers and deliver great customer service

4. You will be flexible and able to work independently.

5. You will have a full driving licence.

6. A background in diagnostic repairs on electrical and/ or mechanical equipment would be advantageous

7. Industry experience would also help and may reduce training time needed although comprehensive training will be given for those new to the industry.

Key Responsiblities: 

• Working on a 4 weekly cycle (3 weeks 9:00 – 17:30 Mon – Fri & 1 week 10:30 – 19:00 Mon – Fri on call until 21:00)

• Work 1 weekend in 4, (Sat 9:00 – 17:30 & Sun on standby 10:30am to 19:00)

• Install, maintain and repair our soft drinks equipment in a variety of business across your allocated region.
