Job Overview

An exciting opportunity to work on two iconic brands, 7up and Mountain Dew, in a pivotal marketing role. As the Brand Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering our Mission 2025 ambition for the Carbonates portfolio. Your primary focus will be on 7up, the #1 Lemon & Lime brand in the UK retail market, while also overseeing Mountain Dew, a leading brand in the Immediate Consumption occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver the business agenda for 7up through the development of annual operating, marketing, and commercial plans, utilizing consumer insights and understanding.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring 7up's brand vision to life, owning key brand metrics and connections to other functions.
  • Deliver 7up's vision by leading the development and execution of cutting-edge marketing programs.
  • Partner with PepsiCo on brand renovation and innovation initiatives.
  • Manage and develop relationships with agency partners to deliver impactful ideas that drive performance.
  • Accountable for the delivery of brand objectives, budget management, and maximizing ROI.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and successful team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a branded environment, preferably FMCG.
  • Track record of driving a brand-led agenda in a commercial matrix organization.
  • Ability to apply an inspiring and compelling vision and brand strategy.
  • Understanding of strategic brand and business planning with evidence of consumer & shopper insight-led strategy implementation.
  • Experience in creating great marketing ideas that have driven value in the market when executed.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership capability, both internally and with third-party agency partners.
  • Strong project management, planning, and delivery skills.
  • Brand P&L value management experience.
  • Experience in A&P Budget management.

Education

A degree-level qualification is required.
