From Pepsi to Tango, J2O to Robinsons, Britvic's brands have all become truly household names. Key to the success of our brands is a world class Brand Management team. Due to a number of internal promotions, we are now looking for experienced brand managers to join our growing team  


Key Responsibilities: 

  • To be part of the brand and cross functional team that creates and delivers the annual operating plan & budget 
  • To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan. Leading Brand review and performance conversations. 
  • To lead the future innovation pipeline including new product launches, new limited edition and flavour strategies 
  • To support the Marketing controller on the comms strategy and media planning for the 18month plan and for the longer term 5yr+ strategy 
  • To lead on brand seasonal activation plans across both in and out of home – the big idea through to activation execution - leading internal and external agency cross functional teams. 


Experience Required: 

  • Branded commercial experience 
  • Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L 
  • Strong track record in broad cross-functional project management and delivery 
  • Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into brand strategy and actionable plans 
  • Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes 
  • Understanding and application of research information 
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills 
  • Ability to interpret sensory and consumer research data and use this to guide product design is desired.
