About the Role:
A great opportunity to join the Robinsons Brand Team as an Assistant Brand Manager where you will support and work with the team in delivering our ambitious growth agenda through dynamic and creative brand campaigns and NPD for Britvic. 

Key Responsibilities:
To support the development of brand plans that deliver profitable business growth through insight-led strategy
To work with the Brand team in developing, agreeing and cascading the annual operating plans, to deliver the annual budget
To support the development of NPD, pack & price initiatives and the SKU mix in delivering value growth and optimising the brand P&L.
To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
Branded commercial experience within FMCG environment (Brand Marketing, Sales, Shopper, Category Mgt)
Experience presenting growth plans to scale customers
Experience in implementing brand, shopper or category plans
Budgetary control of defined projects and programmes
Self-service of reports from quant databases (Nielsen/Kantar etc)
