About Robinsons:
Robinsons is a much loved household name and the Nation’s favourite squash brand, bought by half of UK households.

Founded by Matthias Archibold Robinson in 1823, who invented and patented his Barley & Groats powder. His invention turned his life around, won royal approval from Queen Victoria and became a central part of British history, eventually forming the basis of the Robinsons Barley Water – where Britain's love affair with fruit squash was born.

Fast forward to the present day and Robinsons has set out on a new mission to flavour the Nation’s water through healthy, sustainable hydration. Whether that’s through our beloved family squash, our Creations and Cordials ranges just for adults or on the go through our new Ready to Drink range.

About the Role:
You’ll be joining a fun, focused and collaborative team which strives to deliver outstanding Marketing and Commercial execution. Reporting into the Robinsons’ Senior Brand Manager, we’re looking for a dedicated, tenacious, passionate and positive Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. The role is specifically focused on the core of the Robinsons’ portfolio (Single concentrate, double concentrate, Fruit and Barley and Minis) and is therefore a high profile and varied role. 

Key Responsibilities:

To support the development of brand plans that deliver profitable business growth through insight-led strategy
To work with the Brand team in developing, agreeing and cascading the annual operating plans, to deliver the annual budget
To support the development pack & price initiatives and the SKU mix in delivering value growth and optimising the brand P&L.
To monitor and analyse market, brand and competitor performance/activity and proactively recommend changes to the annual plan
Work with the Brand team to develop BTL brand collateral whilst managing external agency partners
Work collaboratively with a wide range of functions to ensure delivery of brand plans

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

Branded commercial experience within FMCG environment (Brand Marketing, Sales, Shopper, Category Mgt)
Experience in managing commercial brand performance and understanding brand P&L
Experience presenting growth plans to scale customers
Experience in cross-functional project management and delivery
